@KUSTEVE Nice video. Gives me chills. I probably shouldn't compare it to the introduction of Les Miles as Head Coach at the University of Kansas, but that was so recent I can't help it. The comparison just highlights the difference between our basketball and football programs. Ecstasy vs agony.

@nuleafjhawk I lived in Orlando Florida for 9 years before moving here. I actually prefer the Canadian weather. My wife disagrees. Working up a sweat by sitting still in the living room just doesn’t appeal to me.
Winter here is like summer there. Here you go from your heated house to your heated car to your heated office. There you go from your air-conditioned house to your air-conditioned car to your air-conditioned office. Outside is just seasonally unpleasant.

@Crimsonorblue22 The volume of air that goes in and out of that big body, in between plays, is impressive. Makes it look like he is winded, even though he's just replenishing oxygen stores. He's like a big race horse. Just watching Dok breathe is amazing, but it doesn't mean he's out of shape. That big body just needs a lot of oxygen.

KU has yet to play an "A" game. It probably hasn't even logged a B-plus. Yet it's ranked fifth in offensive efficiency and fourth in defensive efficiency, according to KenPom.com.
B seems about right, compared to where we can get.

Katie Lou Samuelson, Connecticut women's basketball team, shot 10-of-10 from three-point range against South Florida in 2017. Supposedly the most makes without a miss in the history of the sport. A couple of NBA players have gone 9-9. I can’t find any NCAA men’s players who have more than Vick.

I think he still has a huge upside. He's still very raw. He's only 18 years old, and has been playing basketball only 5 years. He's huge and athletic and still learning the game. He wasn't ready to carry the team this year as our only big, but with some help next year and more time to learn how to grab a rebound, he can still be a monster for us. I hope he stays another year.

If they keep that zone, I don't know who you put in those inside corners. Vick isn't ready to be the man. Like Washington, who dared Vick to win the game for us. He scored 28, but we lost the game. Svi is an interesting idea, but he needs to be on the outside.
