Gonzaga Game Thread • Nov 26, 2020 10:01 PM

For PG I'd rather have Mason and Graham type of players, no OAD please, although every once in a while it will be nice to have a Josh J, Wiggins etc.

Gonzaga Game Thread • Nov 26, 2020 09:59 PM

@Kcmatt7 Selby comes to mind LoL.

Gonzaga Game Thread • Nov 26, 2020 09:58 PM

I am optimistic that he will improve, this is the 1st game without any pre-season against #1 ranked team with an incredible front court. Last year he did not get much PT as KU played mostly 4 guard lineup. I envision him a double double caliber player.

Gonzaga Game Thread • Nov 26, 2020 09:53 PM

We should realize that he is now considered as the main Big, a new role. I am optimistic that he will be a force, double double kind of a player.

Gonzaga Game Thread • Nov 26, 2020 09:51 PM

He can be a force, just needs to slow down his game. He should watch tape of Thomas R and Morrii

Gonzaga Game Thread • Nov 26, 2020 09:49 PM

Dave M needs to slow down, he seemed too rushed today. He did show several good post moves which is very encouraging.

Gonzaga Game Thread • Nov 26, 2020 09:47 PM

Correct, I concur that Bryce should take over Braun after a few games. One can tell as to why he was a 5 start player.

Gonzaga Game Thread • Nov 26, 2020 09:37 PM

Most improved player is Wilson

Bryce will be a star

Abaji, please shooting the trey

I think Wilson and Abaji have a higher ceiling than Braun, and they should be in the starting lineup at least by conference play

After today's game, I think short term it is going to be Wilson, mid way thru the season Bryce.

@BShark I concur although my point has to do with looking at players and narrowing up the line up

Today's game will tell a lot about this year's team.

Revenge game • Nov 23, 2020 01:41 PM

I am so grateful to have Mahomes as Chiefs QB.

Panthers Blow Out • Nov 10, 2020 01:07 PM

Hats off to Panthers. They tried everything possible to win and came so close, multiple 4th down conversions, fake punt, on-side kicks, you name it. This is going to be the recipe for all mid level teams when facing the Chiefs.

ISU Game • Nov 01, 2020 01:14 PM

Prox has opted out as well, most likely transfer.

Losing to the Broncos • Oct 28, 2020 12:22 PM

I am glad that Chiefs retained Sorensen and Pringle, two undrafted FAs.

Losing to the Broncos • Oct 26, 2020 12:10 PM

Chiefs D has come a long way. If this game was played earlier last year or in 2018, it would have been a loss.

Josh Allen Gonna Derek Carr the Chiefs • Oct 18, 2020 06:38 PM

Offensive line needs to step up and protect the QB.

Cases are increasing everywhere however some areas are hit more than others.

The 3 Ws are the key for protection unless a reliable vaccine is available.

Repelling the Vagabond Raiders • Oct 11, 2020 12:12 PM

Raiders are much improved. I expect it to be a close game although I will love to kick some Raider rear end in this one.

Homecoming vs. Cowpokes • Oct 04, 2020 12:43 PM

Forget about the results I am disappointed in lack of scheming and play calling. Our OC needs to create a better playbook to get the chain moving. Same old plays will not get the job done.

Baltimore Beat Down • Sep 27, 2020 05:37 PM

Okafor is out. Ward, Watkins and Dorian and questionable although Watkins did practice so I believe he will play.
If Chiefs can take 2 TDs lead early and make Ravens get into throwing mode then I like Chiefs chances, otherwise, Ravens will run Chiefs into the ground.

Chargers at SoFi Stadium • Sep 23, 2020 08:40 PM

Chiefs need to score early and get a quick lead of 2-3 scores and make Ravens Offense into throwing mode as our D is much better against the pass. If Ravens get the running game going it will be a tough and long day for Chiefs D.

Chargers at SoFi Stadium • Sep 22, 2020 08:35 PM

Chiefs did invest in OL in this draft but the rookie has opted to sit out the season as a precaution.

Chargers at SoFi Stadium • Sep 22, 2020 12:16 PM

@Kcmatt7 Need to invest in LBs as well, folks who can stop the run.

Chargers at SoFi Stadium • Sep 21, 2020 12:25 PM

@Crimsonorblue22 Nice come from behind game. I was not expecting it to be such a close game. The Chiefs D was offguard with the rookie QB.

He is pure ice, glad that he is signed till 2024.

Chargers at SoFi Stadium • Sep 20, 2020 12:33 PM

While in the years past this would be a perfect trap game, with Reid and Mahomes I do not see the team looking ahead.

My concern is with injuries on the D side, Chargers will try to slow down the game, lot of runs, to minimize # of possessions.

Kansas releases first depth chart of 2020 • Sep 15, 2020 11:21 AM

Even 2 wins seems to be a stretch at this point. Lets see how the coaches and players respond.

Kansas releases first depth chart of 2020 • Sep 12, 2020 12:49 PM

I think 2 wins are more realistic. I am hoping for improved performance in the field and fight till the end attitude.

Kansas releases first depth chart of 2020 • Sep 08, 2020 05:24 PM

I am thinking about 2-3 wins this year. If we can get more than 3 wins it will be a huge success.

Alex Smith back on an NFL roster • Sep 07, 2020 03:12 PM

This is a great story, wish him well.

Room on the White Sox bandwagon? • Aug 16, 2020 12:33 PM

They have been working on it for a few years. Royals future is looking better. A lot of young pitching prospects. If developed properly Royals can contend in couple of years.

Room on the White Sox bandwagon? • Aug 15, 2020 05:42 PM

I have been impressed by the new Royals manager, while it is early, seems to be an upgrade over Ned.

China and Italy are two separate models from which we can draw some conclusions.

China contained the virus and thus lower mortality rate due to very strict quarantine.

Italy on the other hand did not enforce strict quarantine thus the significant wider spread and higher mortality rate.

So here is a question after tonight • Jan 22, 2020 12:26 PM

This picture is disgusting. I think that Silvio is done.

Liberace Game Thread • Jan 22, 2020 12:25 PM

I believe that Silvio is done. He will be dismissed from the team. The picture of him ready to slam with the chair in his hands is disgusting.

Outcoached By Scot Drew • Jan 11, 2020 08:08 PM

Trey Point Shooters Please.

BayLOL Game Thread • Jan 11, 2020 08:06 PM

This is a solid Baylor team, very tough and disciplined. They can win it all.

2020 Football Recruiting • Dec 27, 2019 01:46 PM

What is the status of the 4 Star LB, will he sign or flip.

Test time - -KU?/ Villanova do we pass ? • Dec 22, 2019 12:59 PM

Dotson needs to step up, he choked big time on this one.

EMPEROR OF BASKETBALL • Dec 22, 2019 12:57 PM

I would not fire Self, however, if he leaves, I'd go after Jay Wright with full force to become our next HC.

I am grateful to get an opportunity to be at the game but it was quite sickening to see the meltdown in the last 70 seconds.

If it was me I would not replace any coach during the season to avoid discontinuity but bring him back in some capacity.

Self and coaches must keep the team focused for this game. Historically we haven't played well before Christmas, guys looking forward to going home and stuff. I remember the spanking we got a few years back from then not highly ranked Temple team at the same venue.

Furthermore, if we get #1 ranking, it will give extra motivation to Nova to knock us off.

Chiefs! • Dec 02, 2019 01:09 PM

D is showing signs of improvement.

Marc G Appreciation Thread • Nov 29, 2019 04:36 PM

For Dotson the expectation was high. Its early but he is playing about 3 MPG more this year than last year. His scoring has increased but turnovers have increased as well.

Marc G Appreciation Thread • Nov 29, 2019 01:25 PM

In my opinion he is the most improved player on the roster this year from last year.

Great job by KU Soccer team.

Wiseman ineligible for Memphis • Nov 17, 2019 12:36 PM

Coach needs to be punished and not the player.

Stanley is not that bad of a QB after all :)
