It’s so nice and I didn’t see all the new artwork or historic pieces. We parked about 3 blocks north of 9th. Had both sons, 1 DIL, 4 yr old, 2 yr old, 9 mon old. 6 grade boy. Missing 1DIL and 8 grade gdaughter. Herding cats! They loved the fireworks and Big & Baby J and the flyover! Oh and the makeover on the Big Jay jet flyover on the Jumbotron.
We were up really high, I kept looking for the elevator! It felt weird, so steep! We were in the shade. Couldn’t have asked for better weather in Aug.

2 missed 2 tackles right off then settled down and looked really good and had a great pic. D scared me at the beginning. Would like to go again.

My 6th grader gson got a pic w/Jalen and CB. CB sent the pic to himself and gave my gson his number. They were so nice.

2 yrs ago a healthy Kevin would’ve made a big difference! After knee surgery this past season, he looked really good in summer league. He didn’t even play the whole time. They cut him off.

Last time did coach have a heart attack too? It’s been super humid around here too!

We won! This is probably the worst game I've ever seen. Everything changed when tyshawn put on a jersey 3rd quarter. Mayo was taking it to the hole and getting throws in the Elam ending but they came back. Mayo could've won it but turned it over. We fouled them, they only needed 1 to win. Tied 57-57. They missed both throws and I think it was Preston that knocked the miss out. So on the throw in, Vick stole the ball and made the layup for the win. A lot of tempers flaring! Self, Jacque, CB and other coaches were there.

TBT, I find this terribly embarrassing! Mayo sucks! Timberlake missed both throws. Our bigs try to bring the ball up, bad. No D! Think we r down 5 at half.

Timberlake and mayo had so many to’s. Mayo was a ball hog! I would have put the Washburn pg Hanna in more. Our bigs had a lot of put backs. Need somebody to take care of the ball.

Kevin played well in the first game. Saw a lil of the first quarter now, he’s shying away from the open 3, driving well. Today he’s wearing some kind of mask. Must’ve happened after first game. He did have meniscus surgery last yr, some time.

Today was fun! Almost like the usual, ahead til the end then lose it. Fun walk off! 💪🏼⚾️ Speed helps!
