Related to what you discussed is why many people have a more severe reaction to the second shot: the immune system gets sensitized by the first shot, and as a result is ready to trigger greater reactions to the second.
On the issue of tylenol and other NSAIDs I think the guidance is to not take anything before the shot and up to something like 12 or maybe 24 hrs or so afterwards. (Doctors posting on a 3000+ thread I have followed since last July seem in agreement that the fear of reducing efficacy of the vaccine is minimal after that. Reducing a fever at that point doesn't hinder your immune system's reactions; it just reduces the way your body exhibits those reactions.)

These people--call them whatever you want, but they are comfortable with Nazis and Confederate flags in their midst--are fanatics and our system is just not set up for dissuading cult believers. I suspect we will have to experience a lot of clampdowns on the freedoms we are used to if there is to be any retreat from the social media being used to incite flash mob violence.
I have warned here before against efforts to control free speech, but maybe that, too, will be radically changed with laws similar to Europe's.
The bad thing is that it will take a genuine concensus across a broad spectrum of political views to root out the militias and prevent more 2nd Amendment riots.
The good thing is I expect it to eventually happen, but the question on the other side of that is whether I will live long enough to see it because it may take generations. Or maybe climate change will moot it all.

But I will say, watching the proceedings last night, I often did see Pence wearing a mask when the debate was occurring and he was playing no role except calling on people. Other times, he didn't. Almost everyone except Bennet (Colo) took their masks off when talking.
But at least Pence was more distant from most people when he was on the dais.

Dave had 5 rebs (3 off) and 8 pts on 8 FTs. 0 for 4 from the field, 0 blocks, steals or assists. 2 PF.
Mitch had 2 blocks and 3 fouls, and zero in every other category including rebounds.
According to the play-by-play on ESPN.com, Texas scored 2 FTs on one of Mitch's fouls, and missed their 1-and-1 FT on one of Dave's. Their other fouls were non-shooting.

Particularly interesting from that site is that every KU player had a poor defensive rating in that game (Dave 120, Mitch 116) and that Dave had the highest offensive rating of 133, and he and Wilson were the only ones above average. Mitch's is undefined.
It really shows how poorly the whole team played. But based on that game, I'd go with Dave.
Mitch's zilch stat line reminds me of a friends game in a Junior High JV game. He was 8 inches shorter than the opposing center and hopelessly outmatched, but was right there in every play, working his butt off and getting nothing to show for it. But the audience actually gave my friend a standing ovation. Might be the first and only non-sarcastic standing O for a zero point, zero rebound game

@ajvan When they are breathing hard sitting in one place, they would be far more exposed to viral load if sitting near an unknown carrier in the usual proximity. On the court, they aren't in one place and the movement changes the exposure.
Prologed exposure is more risky in close proximity.

The disruptions to federal careers and public policy from this administration will last a generation.
