Does anyone know whether KU is actively looking for another kicker for the future? Borcilla is a 6’2” junior with a not very good record this year. He’s 4/9 outside 30 yards. His misses seemed to take the steam out of the Hawks.
Missed FG’s seemed to have a huge impact on the team attitude.

@wissox - I would hope the Gonzaga start times would be 6:00pm PST for home games (8:00 CST). Remember too, their local time could be 5:00pm PST (4:00 for East Coast games) for away games. Interesting problem.

KSU’s schedule seems soft prior to league play. Butler and Florida look to be the toughest. They also play in the Cayman Island Classic which may have some decent teams. They should have a good W/L record going into Big 12 play.
@drgnslayr - my fervent belief is that UT and OU will follow the path of TA&M to irrelevancy. If they fail like Fizzou, so much the better.
I feel like UCLA & USC will struggle in the Big 10. The B1G is more smash mouth….

Could it be that this is part of a yet-unannounced IARP settlement? KU is getting this out of the way while still having a great incoming class that will cover 2023-24 well with only transfers? Just a thought….
