@Kcmatt7 That's what I was thinking.....if Watford (or someone similar) commits....you take the bird in the hand.

@jayballer73 The one issue that I remember reading about was that MM said some things that crossed the line as far as race goes. If the comments were what I remember.....they are not acceptable in today's world. I hope I am remembering correctly when I make this statement.

@KUSTEVE Hmmm...I did forget about the 2nd game....

@KUSTEVE I think Kentucky getting the Travis kid makes them significantly better. Remember how he schooled us in that one game? Doesn't mean they will beat us...but I think they will be very good.

Yes a huge loss.........but he was a pain in the neck..a little relieved that I won't have to watch him make some highlight plays against us.

@BShark I agree vacating is weird, the games happened...but ask Michigan about vacated wins. They happened, but it is not the same.

If Silvio took money, whether KU knew about it or not......wasn't he still an ineligible participant? Hence....aren't any wins that he participated in potentially in jeopardy?

Very Tragic. Diagnosed with mental illness, I think, while still playing for the Celtics. In and out of facilities. Spent time wandering the streets hearing voices. Estranged from his son who played for Ilini and the Lakers. He died a few years back.

@nuleafjhawk He was great. The first freshmen to start at KU. Since you googled, I guess you know his tragic story. He was one of my heroes when he played.

@Buster-1926 My take away is that I am so happy with what this team achieved....beyond the expectations of most people...especially me. I just wish we had defended better and made a game of this one, though. A close, hard fought game would have been easier to take.

Yes they are hot.....but most of those 3s have been wide open. No excuse for letting them get that far open.

Hard to beat anyone when you shoot from 3 like Michigan has.

Of the National Anthem singers, I thought our KU guy had the best voice.

@Kcmatt7 Thanks for posting. I had no idea it had been that tough for him as a kid. I don't think most of us realize how good we have it compared to many in the world.

@jayballer73 I'm actually enjoying the week.....enjoying my team being in the FF. It gets mentioned all the time and I never get tired of hearing it.
