@BeddieKU23 Vital is Marcus Smart 2.0. I cant stand floppers! Thereās no honor in that type of play.
@FarmerJayhawk central Kansas is where itās at.
Way to go Ben!

Sorry guys. I bit on that dumbass trollās post. You are all better than me.
Thanks for banning him @approxinfinity. Please donāt let people like that ruin your day. They are so dense in the head that the only fulfillment they have is to drink alone and trigger anyone who is not drinking the Trump cool aid.
@DoubleDD youāre really not all there are you?
The riots last year were despicable and no one I know condoned them. Every one in participation with looting, tipping and burning police vehicles, etc. should be arrested. It would make an argument that they are domestic terrorist.
However, what happened today at the Capital, the Capital of the fucking United States, was not an apples to apples comparison. Each scenario started off peaceful in both respective sides. The difference here? I mean a huge difference here is treason. Plan and simple. The argument to even hint otherwise stops there.
I think the team partied too hard at New Years and never caught up on sleep. They looked sluggish and very confused out there. Going 3-23 from 3 isnāt what this team is.
Nothing to see here. They would obviously self report.

Man I'm sorry guys. I think I'm short on sleep or something; not seeing the glass half full on these grind games with dave and Marcus jacking up garbage.
Dave and Marcus take way too many shots, I've been on that train.
We went on a 7-0 run in the last few minutes when Garrett was on the bench. Donāt get me wrong I love the guy but he needs to be on the bench when we need offense. Thatās my opinion anyway.
A lot of people on here, including myself, think that Enaruna will transfer after this year. Does anyone think that this game will influence him? Remember Creighton was his second choice.

Itās the first game going against a team that will be in the top 5 all season. Itās impossible to judge our seasonās success now. With that said I have no doubts that West Virginia and Baylor will beat us easily in both games.
@jayballer67 Iād say itās Tristian.
@BShark 250ish days I believe.
@FarmerJayhawk this is chocking, I mean shocking.
Welp
It paints a different picture now knowing that this came before the KSU brawl. He sure helped us with Duke in the FF but with the damage heās caused KU, Iām glad heās gone. Hopefully he gets the help he needs.
Side note.... does anyone think that Self knew about this?
How will an extra year effect Mitch, Silvio, and Garrett? Will they stay for another senior year?
āA billion treesā
What does everyone think the ppg will average out as?
Iām guessing Bryce, David, and Marcus will be around 15 with Marcus having 6+ assists. The rest I couldnāt tell ya.
PAC 12 just canceled basketball and all sports for the rest of the calendar year. Uh oh
The number of Covid deaths went down the second trump took over the CDC. Strange how that works
@BShark said in 2021 Recruiting:
@Crimsonorblue22 What Farmer said. I honestly have no idea who KU ends up with at this point. I figured Hickman looked good, but so did KB. Self will add some guards tho.
Any in the portal that we have a shot at?

So Zion was paid 400k? Does anyone know if this story is legit?
@kjayhawks are there any links you can share about this. Iād love to read them
Side note: I have a homemade KU mask so thatās pretty cool I guess.
The people who think this is fake need to put themselves in my shoes. I have an 8 year old diabetic son, a 73 year old dad who has COPD and other health issues, a mother-in-law who has RA and a wife who has asthma.
Why not waive on the side of caution? Iām not treating this as if Iām scared or too prideful to treat this serious. I treat this as Iād rather be uncomfortable (donning a mask) and have this be less serious than previously expected than be careless and danger my loved ones.
Same goes for strangers who argue this point. They, in a way, are putting them in danger too. Itās not like we can stay home 100% of the time.
Another one of view point in this is, and Iām not at all saying this is anyone here.
This generation is a bunch of pu$$ies, pardon my French. Just think about it. People who think this is fake or are protesting the restrictions set in place would have never lasted in previous generations. From getting drafted in wars at the age of 18 or even going on a country wide ration during WWII. It would have impeded on their freedoms, right? I bet the kids storming the beaches in Normandy thought the same.
All people have to do is wear a mask and wash their hands a little more often than they normally would. Not hard people.

Boeing could definitely be a buy imo. Government contracts give them a solid floor. And once airlines bounce back they will be business as usual.
That is exactly my thought too. Heck, even in a war Boeing will be in business. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this. I wish I had the knowledge to contribute.
I was about to start a thread about this a month or so ago. I am hoping thereās some others that jump on this and share their thoughts.
I invested some money in BP. So far weāre only up about $1.00 per share, currently at $23.13. A few weeks ago it was pushing $29 a share.
I wanted to do more in oil and gas and airlines but my advisor said that most companies I liked cut all of their dividends because they accepted that government loan, and it wasnāt wise (Exxon, Chevron and SouthWest for example).
Boeing looks intriguing but no one I know really knows stocks, myself included.

Not trying to be funny - but how about a "destination wedding"? Like Wyoming or Utah where hardly any cases have been reported? People have destination weddings all the time - might as well go to a safe place.
Wyoming is a beautiful state. The Big Horn Mountains and the Teton Mountains would be great. They both have a cabins you could rent via Air BNB. Plus you could rent side by sides or ATV's for the day and go on some trails. Have a nice picnic in the middle of no where over looking miles of mountains. If you two are in to that stuff.
My wife and I have a side by side and a toy hauler camper we take to the Big Horns a lot during the summer.
Thanks for doing this @HighEliteMajor. Good stuff

Since you guys are talking about pollution, I have some first hand knowledge of this. I test emissions from smoke stack across all industries in the US. One thing I can tell you (some of it is classified) is the the emissions reported are WAAAAAAAY under represented.
Once I get onsite and start collecting numbers, I sometimes spend a solid day tuning them in. And once I leave... guess I what? They crank their settings back to how ever they want and continue to operate.
This doesnāt happen to all facilities, but some and the ones that do are really bad.
Just curious how do they turn it back up?
Well it depends on the facility and a particular emission control device. Most places have more than one type of emission point depending on their process.
Iāll do an example of a gold mine. As you could imagine they extract dirt from the ground. Once that is out and moving on a conveyer belt it then gets crushed. Gold, rocks, everything. When it is crushed, it is all enclosed at a negative pressure. Nothing goes to atmosphere at this point. The dust is send through a cyclone separating heavier particles from the light particles. The light particles then gets filtered out through a filter. After that it goes to the atmosphere This type of control device is called a baghouse.
There are different areas where they extract this dirt. Some areas in the mine have cleaner oar than others but have less gold content. So what they do is have the clean oar in the system while we test and then Iāve weāre done they switch back releasing particulate. Mainly particulate that measures <10 microns which can cause lung cancer to the employees.
Thatās just one example. Like I said I do basically all types of industries that have a wide range of control devices.
Sorry I can be long winded at times
Wow had no idea. Good stuff. I always figured the cleansing device was just set. Had no idea you could adjust it. Or am I wrong and more of a process?
The part(s) that are set isnāt necessarily doing a damn thing. The only thing that has to stay set, in this example, is the negative pressure (the pressure of the fan that is drawing in particles) and a feed rate. Thereās no regulations on which oar they can and canāt use.
Itās kind of shitty what some places get away with.
Thanks for lesson. I had no idea they could circumvent the devices and stuff. So in your opinion are the numbers they produce for the world to see are actually higher? Or I s it the cumulation of all the numbers that it comes in is about right?
The emissions inventory for the world is way higher than reported. By how much? I have no clue.

That post game on court interview he had at Baylor. Good lord that makes me pretty emotional.
@jayballer73 oh my god. I donāt know what to say to you. Iām am so sorry. Hopefully her boyfriend can be with her soon.

Restaurants still serving to go and drive through. This is what I keep telling myself and others too. Yesterday we couldnāt find eggs but did find grapes, oranges, and avocados. The rush, fingers crossed, knock on wood, and pray is mostly slowing down.
This makes me sad.

For me Iād say #1 is Doke at Baylor. A man showed up that game. 2nd is Garrett against OU while Dotson was out and went nuts from 3. The rest mentioned, for me, are toss ups.
One that I havenāt seen mentioned is Braun during the home KSU game. He had a great game and it got over shadowed by the nonsense afterwards.
@FarmerJayhawk I remember what he tweeted out when he made is return official. Something to the effect of unfinished business. Well heās got more unfinished business from this year than last. But itās a dream. He gains nothing of having another year of college. Go make money while you can.
Be safe Coach Marco
I have a few games from this year on my DVR. But I just canāt bring myself to watch them. This devastated me way more than it should have.
